The Youth Services Division provides quality developmental and recreational programming for Whittier's Youth population. Some of the programs sponsored by the City's Youth Services Division include: WYN Club (Whittier Youth Network), Day Camps, and the VolunTEEN Program.

Whittier Youth Network is a drop-in, outdoor recreation program hosted at elementary schools each school year, as well as city parks each summer.

Our team members host a variety of recreational activities and more to keep children active and engaged all year!

Spring Day Camp is an all-day recreation program hosted at the Whittier Community Center during the local school district spring break. (March 23-27, 2026)
